Pura Aventura create thoughtfully tailor made travel experiences to well-researched and exclusive locations across South America and Spain. Their unique and personalised approach to travel is reflected in how they communicate with their customers.
Direct mail in the travel industry can easily miss the mark. We created this mailer after a brainstorm session with Pura Aventura the idea for the format came from the company's roots as people who love to travel. The intriguing nature of the format demands to be opened and is packed with interesting information, including a year plan showing the highlights of each of the destinations along with example itineraries. It's been more than 10 years since Pura Aventura produced a printed 'brochure' and requests for the trip-planner keep coming in.
In the summer of 2016, we designed and produced a beautiful hard-back book of photographs featuring the stunning locations that Pura Aventura travel to. Around a year after a Pura Aventura holiday, customers will now receive a copy. Every photograph in the book is original to Pura Aventura, captured by the team during their travels.
To reflect their difference and stand out, this full-page inside front cover advert in The Guide to Latin America departs from the 'picture tells a thousand words' approach by using a standout customer quote to say everything that needs to be said.
