When launched in 2014, the design and implementation of the brand identity was going to be crucial to its success. Unily is now ranked by Gartner as the #1 enterprise employee experience platform in the world.
Marketing and Advertising
Since the launch of Unily in 2014, alongside the brand logo and guidelines, Tacon Design has produced a number of effective pieces of marketing and sales material. Due to the global respect for design and technology in the UK, the launch campaign focused on a 'Born in Britain' message. Attendees received a goodie bag containing quintessentially British items, such as Unily branded tea bags. The goodie bag itself featured a portion of the London Underground map, with station names replaced by the names of famous British inventors.
Employee engagement
Alongside the marketing material, more recently we worked with the HR team, creating printed and digital material to welcome new staff and help them to understand Unily’s culture and values. This was also reflected in onsite branding at both their UK and US offices.
